Shake the Dust

This is a transformative and embodied practice of the body-heart-mind. Through guided poetic universe with a theme related to each practice we journey between perpetual movement, rest, release and free movement. With shaking, jumping, dancing, intuitive movement, pilates, yoga, somatics, body weight training and a carefully curated playlist, this class is designed for anyone and will at best deliver a cathartic release, a great workout, a lot of sweat and a strong, resilient body.

Yin + Myofascial Release

This is a somatic practice for deep release and restoration. Using techniques from Yin Yoga, Traditional Chinese Medicine, and Myofascial Release with massage balls, we stretch and penetrate the soft tissues of the body. As the fascia relaxes physical tension, we ignite a natural process of mental and emotional release and allow for the free flow of healthy energy through the body-mind.

Authentic Flow

Vinyasa but deep! This class invites you to explore yoga as a somatic and embodied movement practice. Through intuitive movement, asana, fluid-state activation, non-dual awareness, soundscape, elemental embodiment and more the deep wisdom of the body is called to the surface. As we sense, feel, and move from direct experience, we support the natural healing processes of the body-mind. This brings a sense of emotional clarity, presence, relief, agency, connection and love.

Somatic Ecstatic Dance

Trance states have always been and continue to be essential for human thriving. Each and every human body is designed to move and be moved by life itself. Knowingly or unknowingly the body wants to be in motion, it yearns to be in rhythm.

This dance is a journey to your body's primal voice, exploring your inner rhythms and calling upon joy and ecstasy to assist harmonious transformation. We use access points, elemental embodiment, and storytelling to hold space for the Dance to appear as it desires. Free from rules, WE DANCE.
