6:45: Quiet Time (with Snack + Lemon Water)
7:30: Morning Meditation + Movement Immersion (Yang / Dynamic)
10:00: Breakfast
11:30: Sharing + Art Therapy
2:00: Lunch + Free Time
5:00: Evening Practice (Yin / Slow)
7:00: Dinner
8:00: Evening Activity (Yoga Nidra / Bonfire / Kirtan / Dance)
Arrival on Thursday is between 3:00 - 4:00 pm and we will leave on Sunday at 12:30. You will receive a detailed schedule before the retreat.

Hidden in the hills of the Driftless Zone, The Willows is a farmhouse, a nature nest, and a home for healing. This land has been filled with love by a Pakistani-American family for three generations. The house holds its 19th-century charm and has been adorned with colorful art and stories from around the world. The wonders of The Willows include sprawling forests, horses, gardens, a huge library, cozy corners, tree swings and hammocks, a spacious indoor yoga room, and big wise willows.

There are queen bedrooms in the main house and the separate cottage. All bedrooms have shared bathrooms with showers and access to the outdoor shower on the balcony. There is also space in the yard for those who would like to tent. The Willows is earthy and artful, and all of the bedrooms have a unique charm.
food
Our team is full of food and herb nerds and we are passionate about nourishing bodies well! There will be lemon water and a snack before practice in the mornings along with three home-cooked, whole-food meals every day. Please inform us of dietary restrictions when you book so we can accommodate.
