1:1 Sessions

1:1 sessions incorporate multiple body-mind modalities including Yoga, therapeutic movement, myofascial release, Body-Mind Centering Somatics, embodied meditation, sound therapy, and neuromechanics to repattern the body and nervous system.

Sessions are available online on Zoom or in person in downtown Boulder, Colorado.

1:1 sessions may be of benefit if…
