Shake the Dust is a transformative and embodied practice of the body-heart-mind. Through guided poetic universe with a theme related to each practice we journey between perpetual movement, rest, release, and free movement.

With shaking, jumping, dancing, intuitive movement, pilates, somatics, body weight training, and a carefully curated playlist, this class is designed for everyone and will at best deliver a cathartic release, a great workout, SWEAT and a strong, resilient body.

Home Practice Guide

  • Spotify Premium is required for online practices. You can join here.

  • You will receive an email with the Zoom link one hour before the start of class.

  • Please arrive 5-10 minutes before the class begins to set up your sound.

  • Create a space where you feel safe and comfortable for your home practice. I recommend clearing your space, turning down the lights, closing doors and windows, and lighting a candle or incense.

  • If possible, connect your computer to a speaker for sound quality.
